This policy explains what we collect about you through this site, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us.

The contact form
When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, email address and message, and optionally your company name and phone number. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if it turns into work, to carry on the correspondence. We do not use them for a newsletter and we do not sell them.
- Legal basis
- Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry.
- Retention
- The enquiry reaches us as an email and stays in the business mailbox for as long as the correspondence runs, and then for at most three years, to deal with any complaint and to evidence the business contact. Correspondence that leads to a contract is kept for the periods accounting and tax law require.
Server logs
Like any server, ours records standard access data — IP address, request time and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and to limit how often the form can be submitted, so it cannot be abused. We do not link it to your identity and we do not use it for advertising.

- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing abuse of the contact form.
- Retention
- For rate limiting, your IP address is held in the server's memory only, for at most 10 minutes. Access logs rotate automatically and are deleted as rotation reaches them — in practice within a few weeks.
Cookies
We set no marketing cookies before you agree. The only thing that may be stored locally beforehand is the technical record needed to remember your choice about cookies.
If you do agree, the Google Ads tag sets advertising cookies: they let us measure which of our ads lead to an enquiry, and show you our ad later. We do not measure site traffic and we run no analytics.
- Legal basis
- Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it — the button below does exactly that.
- Retention
- The record of your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again; you can also remove it yourself by clearing the site's data. Google's advertising cookies last up to 90 days under Google's own defaults and are controlled by Google, not by us.
Who your data goes to
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. The only parties with technical access are the service providers the site cannot run without:
Google Workspace — the business mailbox your enquiry arrives in. Google Ads — only with your consent, to measure how our ads perform and for advertising. The provider hosting the server — site hosting and access logs.
Transfers outside Serbia
Google is a global company, and processing within Google Workspace and Google Ads may take place on servers outside Serbia and outside the European Economic Area. For such transfers Google relies on standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards data protection law provides for.

Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability where the legal conditions for it are met. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Send requests to our email address. We reply within the periods the Personal Data Protection Act sets. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

If the way we handle data changes, we will change this text and update the date at the top of the page.
